Note: The Accounts Bursar will be the co-ordinating member of the Planning Board.
Powers and Functions:
- The PB shall be the planning body of the College and shall monitor the physical and infrastructural development of the College.
- The PB will finalize the budget allocation for the college.
- The PB shall co-ordinate with appropriate government authority and the UGC and should give detail proposals to UGC for implementation of developmental programmes.
PURCHASE COMMITTEE
Members:
- The Principal as Chairman Ex-officio;
- Administrative Bursar
- Accounts Bursar
- Academic Bursar
- Prof-in-charge, UGC matters
- All HODs of subjects with practical
- Head of Library Committee
Powers and Functions:
- To scrutinize, allocate funds and recommend the proposals for purchases to be made for the office, different departments, laboratories, library, reading room, chemicals, equipments, furniture, fixtures, sports articles etc. as submitted by the different departments and committees.
IQAC
- As quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC will become a part of an institution’s system and work towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.
The prime tasks of the IQAC are:
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institution.
- To channelize all efforts and measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence .
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE
Members
- The Principal as the Chairman, Ex-officio
- Four members of teaching staff at least one of whom shall be lady member to be nominated by the Principal.
- OIC. NCC, YRC and NSS
Powers and Functions:
- The DC shall be an advisory committee to regulate and enforce discipline among the students and employees of the College and to take appropriate action wherever necessary.
LIBRARY COMMITTEE
Members
- The Principal as the Chairman, Ex-officio
- One lecturer from each discipline to be nominated by the Principal as member
- Librarian and Librarian: Member
- -in-charge,UGC matters: Member
- Officer-in-charge, Library: Member-Secretary
Powers and Functions:
- The LC shall formulate policies pertaining to purchase and procurement books, journals, magazines, periodicals, furniture, equipments and stationary required for the library and reading room.
ADMISSION COMMITTEE
Members

- SAMS in-charge Co-ordinator members of the teaching staff to be nominated asto be nominated by the principal among the teaching staffs
- Help-Desk in-charge to be nominated by the principal among the teaching staffs
- Four members to be nominated among the teaching staffs for validation of forms and admission

Powers and Functions:
- To scrutinize, investigate and consider all petitions/complaints, grievances of the students and employees of the College or those submitted by guardians and citizens and place their considered opinion for the approval of the EC.
